Initiated and completed in 2003. Visual identity, including logo, neon sign, posters and web design.
Outcome
After being closed for four years for a complete architectural makeover by Rem Koolhaas, Paard van Troje opened its doors again. Studio Dumbar developed a strong new logo, a large “P” that becomes an architectural element in and of itself: the interior pattern refers to loudspeakers and the centre’s ingenious moveable stages. The outdoor neon sign, an eye-catching two metre high “P”, as well as the website, logo, and typography all allude to the interior design of the music centre.
