Client
NEa, the Dutch Emissions Authority, a government agency overseeing the trade in carbon dioxide and nitrogen oxide emissions.
Project
Initiated in 2005, completed in 2006. Concept, information architecture and design by Studio Dumbar.
Outcome
A transparent interaction design and visual identity, as well as a set of motion graphics that clearly and simply explain the tasks and responsibilities of the government agency.
