The book contains all nominees for the Dutch Design Awards 2009, essays and interesting design events 2008/2009. The Dutch Design Yearbook was made with four different covers, each showing one or two designs that were nominated for the Dutch Design Awards 2009 (amongst them is also the winner; the Coat Rack for Museum Boymans van Beuningen).
