Route description
The Hague
On the Kleinpolderplein junction Rotterdam Centrum. After the roundabout follow the signs Maastunnel/Rotterdam-Zud. Take the exit Euromast, right descend into the Rochussenstraat and next into the second street on the left (square):GJ de Jongweg. Proceed with the first bridge right at the Parksluizen. Take the roundabout for three quarters and descend into the St. Jobsweg. Follow this road with a right turning for 250m. Continue to the left into the Lloydstraat. You’ll find Studio Dumbar after 150 meters, right behind the 25Kv building.
Utrecht
On the kleinpolderplein junction Blijdorp(dierentuin/zoo). Take the large roundabout for a quarter, direction of Blijdorp. After the roundabout follow the signs Maastunnel/Rotterdam-Zud. Hoek van Holland

Breda / Dordrecht
Take the A15 direction Europoort. Take exit Zuidplein/Ahoy(Vaanplein). Follow the signs Maastunnel. Just out of the tunnel take a left direction Euromast. Go left at the trafic lights (Droogleever Fortuynplein) to the direction of the Parksluizen bridges. Then proceed left to the first bridge. Go right over the bridge at Parksluizen. Take the roundabout for three quarters and descend into the St. Jobsweg. Follow this road with a right turning for 250 meters. Continue to the left into the Lloydstraat. Europoort
On the Vaanplein junction Zuidplein/Ahoy. In Rotterdam follow the signs Maastunnel. Just out of the tunnel take a left direction Euromast. Underground
At the Central Station Rotterdam take the underground railway, direction Rotterdam-Zuidplein/Spijkenisse. Get off at station Beurs. Then change at the underground railway direction Marconiplein. Get off on station Coolhaven. If you come from NS station Blaak, take the underground railway direction Marconiplein. Get off on the station Coolhaven. At the underground exit walk straight on across the Westzeedijk and next runing right towards the Lloydstraat. You will find Studio dumbar after 150 meters on the right side, right behind the 25Kv building.
Tram
Tramline no. 8 goed from the Central Station to the direction of Spangen. Get off at the stop Pieter de Hoochweg at the Westzeedijk. Walk towards the Lloydkwartier, turn right into the Loydstraat. You will find Studio Dumbar after 150 meters on the right side, right behind the 25Kv building.
Taxi
A taxi ride from the Central Station lasts approximately 12 minutes. From Station Blaak a taxi ride to our office takes about 8 minutes.
Watertaxi
It is also possible to take a watertaxi from several specific places on the river Maas. You can take the watertaxi up till stop no. 69, Mullerpier/Lloydkwartier
